Six designated customer parking spaces, making it easy for visitors to park and access the facility.

 

Lockers: 

Six individual lockers with padlock capabilities (customers must bring their own padlocks).

 

Showers and Toilets: 

Two outdoor, temperature-regulated showers, One designated cold outdoor shower, plus one indoor shower and toilet for added convenience.

 

Changing Rooms: 

Six individual, lockable changing rooms for privacy.

 

Sauna: 

A high-quality bespoke Finnish sauna made of aspen wood, offering an authentic experience.

 

Cold Plunges: 

Three temperature-regulated cold plunges—two 5ft and one 4ft, all oblong-shaped, perfect for recovery and rejuvenation.

Seating Area:

We have a cosy indoor seating area designed for calm and relaxation between the heat and the cold, plus a spacious outdoor area with beautiful views over the farm and valley. There’s also a fire pit for those darker evenings — perfect to sit around before or after your session.
