The Paddock Wellness Club Terms & Conditions By booking a session at The Paddock Wellness Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Booking & Payment All bookings must be made in advance through our booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled session to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours will be non-refundable. Age Restrictions Our facilities are available only to individuals aged 16 and over. Anyone under the age of 16 is not permitted to use the sauna or cold plunge pools. Use of Facilities Use of all facilities, including the sauna, cold plunge pools, and other amenities, is at your own risk. The Paddock Wellness Club takes all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and relaxing environment, but you are responsible for your own well-being during your visit. If you feel unwell or uncomfortable at any point, you should leave the facilities immediately and notify a member of staff. You are advised to follow all posted safety guidelines and etiquette rules while using the facilities. Personal Hygiene We ask that all guests shower before using the sauna and cold plunge pools to maintain hygiene and enhance the experience. You must also wear swimwear at all times in the sauna and plunge pools. Nudity is not permitted. Health Considerations Please consult with a healthcare professional before using the sauna or cold plunge pools if you have any health concerns, including heart conditions, respiratory issues, or pregnancy. The Paddock Wellness Club is not liable for any health-related issues that arise during your visit. Damages You are responsible for any damage caused to the facilities or equipment during your visit. The Paddock Wellness Clubreserves the right to charge for repairs or replacement of any damaged property caused by negligence or misuse. Safety Protocols Please follow all safety protocols and guidelines provided by staff. Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave the premises. Staff are available to answer any questions you may have regarding the use of the facilities. Liability Waiver By booking a session at The Paddock Wellness Club, you acknowledge that you are using the facilities at your own risk.
